Volunteers on task at Buchan Park

New to volunteering?
We have a mixed group of volunteers, some regulars who have been around for years and some who have only been with us for a few months. Male and female, young, and not so young. You don’t need any special skills, but obviously you need to like being outside! We will provide all guidance and training, as well as tools, gloves, hot drinks and biscuits.

There is no need to stay all day if you have your own transport, but if you are, bring a packed lunch. Wear clothes and sturdy boots suitable for outdoor work and the weather. An adult must accompany under 16s and you are advised to be up to date with your tetanus immunisation.
