Before leaving at 9.45 you will need to choose your lunch time menu. Please note that the pub will not be open before we depart.

The morning walk will entail an easy climb up onto the South Downs and towards the Seven Sisters, giving lovely views along the chalk coastline, and over the estuary. We will return along the east bank of the Cuckmere estuary. The distance will be about three and a half miles.

The walk after lunch will be a gentle stroll along the west side of the estuary to the sea. There is then the option of retracing our tracks, or returning along the Vanguard Way. The distance is about two miles.

You are welcome to join us for just the morning or afternoon walk if you wish.

Walk led by Sarah (Tel 01252 514163 or 07720 891880 –Terry- on the day).
